What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain partnerships with workforce coordinators and educational training managers to enhance university enrollments
Conduct outreach through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and networking events to activate partnerships
Plan and manage recruitment activities such as webinars, educational fairs, and conferences
Build strong relationships with community organizations to meet workforce development needs
Document and track outreach efforts using CRM software for planning and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in higher education, community college, admissions, or business development
Exceptional community relations skills and ability to represent the university effectively
Proven public speaking skills for presenting to diverse groups
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in higher education strongly preferred
Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to diversity and equality
Flexible and creative thinker with a strategic mindset
