What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and manage a territory plan to meet or exceed business goals
Consult with customers on technology solutions, applying technical credibility
Manage the sales process, including forecasting and pipeline management
Establish trust with customers and understand their research needs for effective consultative selling
Maintain current knowledge of genetic analysis markets and products to effectively compete
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; or equivalent knowledge and experience
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Life Science, preferably in academic, life sciences, or biotechnology industries
Extensive knowledge of single cell and spatial biology tools applied to life science research
Proven ability to establish long-term customer relationships and close new business
Strong customer-facing skills, including building trust and understanding needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Masters or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
