Network with benefit brokers and employers to identify prospects for worksite LTC solutions Conduct cold calling, lead research, and networking to acquire new clients Present LTC products and services tailored to client needs Educate prospects about LTC insurance and its benefits Create proposals, prepare quotes, and maintain CRM tools What is Required (Qualifications):
BA/BS degree required Experience in networking, developing leads, and researching potential clients Ability to obtain a producer’s license within 3 months after hire Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior sales experience in a related employee benefits field How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
