Regional Sales Manager – Northeast Region
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team across the Northeast region, including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, and portions of New York and Pennsylvania.
This role requires a strategic, transformational, and people-focused leader who drives results through collaboration, accountability, and empowerment. The successful candidate will lead a distributed sales organization while ensuring strong alignment with the company’s overall commercial strategy.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5–7 years of industrial, machining, or metal-cutting sales experience preferred
3+ years of sales leadership or people-management experience
Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and drive regional growth
Strong coaching, performance management, and talent-development capabilities
Experience using CRM platforms, analytics, and digital sales tools
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Northeast region
