
Inside Sales Facilities Specialist, Quill

As part of the Quill Inside Sales team, the Inside Facilities Specialist plays a key role in growing our Facilities category by uncovering customer needs, creating value through consultative conversations, and driving meaningful revenue impact.
What you’ll be doing:
Respond to and convert inbound leads across multiple sales channels related to facilities needs.
Proactively identify and engage customers with facilities growth potential.
Partner with Account Managers and field sellers.
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers.
Conduct discovery conversations.
Expand share of wallet via cross‑selling.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate cross‑functionally.
Travel 1–2 times per quarter.
Execute consultative sales motions.

What’s needed – Basic Qualifications:
2+ years sales or customer service experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications:
Janitorial/Sanitation or Breakroom industry experience.
1+ year B2B experience.
Proficient with Microsoft 365.
1+ year Salesforce or CRM experience.
