Must have 3+ years of transactional commercial real estate paralegal experience

Job Description
Run commercial real estate and multifamily closings end-to-end: checklists, timelines, deliverables, and coordination
Support LIHTC transactions by managing core closing workflows and compiling/organizing deal documentation
Take ownership of title and survey: review commitments, exceptions, endorsements, surveys; coordinate curative items
Draft, revise, proof, and assemble closing documents and signature packets with strong attention to detail
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, opposing counsel, and client teams to keep transactions moving
Track conditions, requirements, and post-closing items to ensure clean, organized closings and follow-through
Maintain excellent document organization and communication in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
3+ years of transactional commercial real estate paralegal experience
Hands-on LIHTC transaction experience (deal exposure that is clearly real and repeatable)
Strong experience managing closings and coordinating multiple parties and deadlines
Title and survey experience (review and issue-spotting, not just ordering)
Excellent drafting/editing and document management skills
Clear, proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative team setting
