About the job The Regional Sales Manager, Partners will be responsible for identifying and enhancing Nordics routes to market and visibility of key projects. In line with company growth ambitions, the position will evangelize partnerships, drive business interactions and partner sales and enable revenue growth. The position will report to the Regional Sales Director and focus on growing Nordic’s market share across the broad market in Nordic’s product categories while ensuring Nordic have a greater share of hearts and minds within the partner community.

The position requires proven experience in technical sales—ideally within the semiconductor industry—and strong skills in distribution management, negotiation, and communication. Success in this role demands solid business acumen, an analytical and diligent approach, the ability to translate technical challenges into compelling customer solutions, and a proactive, collaborative, and strategic mindset.

Key responsibilities

Build strategic and influential relationships with partners at a senior level and gain support for Nordic in the designated territory.

Drive marketing initiatives in collaboration with the partners, focused on lead generation and market awareness of Nordic in the designated territory.

In close collaboration with Nordic’s business units enhance the sales tools to help the partners win more Nordic broad market business.

Engage the partner sales organization at account and FAE manager level to help identify, negotiate and win opportunities for Nordic.

Report partner POS performance to budget & year-on-year, opportunity pipeline, design wins, highlights and lowlights.

Conduct quarterly partner business reviews to review past performance versus KPI’s and agree on targets for the coming period.

Qualification and skills

Bachelor in electronics engineering, computer science or related technical field

Documented experience as a technical sales representative, preferably within the semiconductor industry

Experience with distribution sales, development, and management.

Excellent communication skills; ability to present, discuss the business, and negotiate through complex sales transactions.

Experience with wireless technologies and cloud/software services

Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role is $171,000 - $230,000 USD. Exact salary is determined by skills, qualifications, location, and experience.

This position will require regular travel within the Eastern United States.
