
Regional Sales Manager - East

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage sales activities within the East Region of the United States, including leading the regional sales team and generating new business
Develop and maintain relationships with key account customers, particularly in the Municipal Water & Wastewater sector
Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure timely follow-up on leads generated for key accounts
Attend and participate in regional and national conferences, delivering technical presentations when required
Collaborate with Operations to define project requirements and assist in contract interpretation for key accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
Engineering degree or equivalent technical degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Wastewater industry with a focus on sales to Municipalities
Proven ability to identify and acquire new key accounts successfully
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening abilities
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales management and tracking databases
Demonstrated leadership and initiative in a sales environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Ability to build strong relationships across functions with a focus on customer satisfaction
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
