This on‑site position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM), with oversight from hotel General Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase room revenue, group bookings, and event sales
Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accounts
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals in line with hotel policies
Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients and event planners
Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM and PMS system
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
BA in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a related role
Self‑starter, strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
2 years prior sales experience
Excellent relationship‑building and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in sales systems (Delphi), hotel PMS, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of local market dynamics and hospitality trends
Must have the ability to communicate in English
Must be willing to "pitch‑in" and help co‑workers with their job duties and be a team player
