Location of position Based anywhere in KONE's Central West District, this position is a hybrid role.
As our District Sales Manager, Service & Solutions, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You will bring 7+ years of progressive and successful solution selling and account management experience, preferably in service or product sales to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience within a comparable industry.

Develop and grow our service business sales with a strong customer‑focused, outside‑in mindset.
Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored service solutions.
Reinforce and execute KONE’s solution‑selling methodology.
Lead the implementation of KONE-wide sales initiatives to boost performance.

Annual Base Pay Range The hiring range for this role in Denver, CO is $179,200 – $235,200. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:
Dallas, Houston, Austin, TX hiring range: $179,200 – $235,200
Irving, San Antonio, Phoenix, Salt Lake City hiring range: $167,400 – $219,700
Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 25 % target incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
