consistent assignments, clear expectations, and the flexibility of independent field work , while being supported by an experienced internal claims team. Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess damage from wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered events

Document damages with clear photo documentation and detailed field notes

Prepare accurate repair estimates using

Xactimate or Symbility

Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

Manage claim files efficiently while meeting carrier timelines and reporting requirements

Qualifications

Active adjuster license or designated home state license

Experience with

Xactimate or Symbility

estimating software

Reliable transportation and standard field equipment (ladder, laptop, camera, etc.)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and respond to assignments promptly
