Daily Residential Property Claims Adjusters
to support field assignments throughout
Modesto, CA and surrounding areas . This opportunity is ideal for independent adjusters looking for steady daily work with the flexibility of field-based assignments.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform on-site inspections of residential properties for covered losses
Document damages thoroughly with clear photos and detailed reports
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives
Manage assignments efficiently from inspection through final file submission
What We’re Looking For
Active California adjuster license preferred.
Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility
Reliable transportation and standard field equipment (ladder, laptop, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Responsive, dependable, and able to meet turnaround expectations
