Property Claims Adjuster – Rochester Market

As winter transitions into spring across Southern Minnesota—bringing thaw-related issues, wind, and early-season storms—we’re growing our network of Daily Claims Adjusters in the Rochester market. This role is a great fit for adjusters who want consistent assignments, flexibility in the field, and reliable support from an experienced team. Primary Responsibilities:

Perform on-site inspections of residential properties for storm and weather-related damages

Document findings with detailed photos and well-structured field notes

Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives

Manage claims from inspection through submission while meeting required timelines

Qualifications:

Active adjuster license

Experience with Xactimate; Symbility familiarity is beneficial

Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills

Ability to take on assignments promptly and maintain turnaround expectations
