Perform on-site inspections of residential properties for storm and weather-related damages Document findings with detailed photos and well-structured field notes Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives Manage claims from inspection through submission while meeting required timelines Qualifications:
Active adjuster license Experience with Xactimate; Symbility familiarity is beneficial Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills Ability to take on assignments promptly and maintain turnaround expectations What You Can Expect:
