What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Resolve inbound and outbound calls using multiple applications and screens
Address billing inquiries and account issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
Negotiate payment arrangements and direct customers to appropriate teams as needed
Meet compliance and quality assurance standards, as well as monthly performance goals
Participate in special projects which may require overtime and maintain appropriate attendance
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in first-party collections, including car loans, financial, and credit card collections
Customer service experience in a remote setting
Proficiency in multi-computer screen navigation and strong negotiation skills
Basic typing, math, and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with multiple applications and strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively with various computer programs
