
Senior Corporate Paralegal
Fluke, Everett, WA, United States
Responsibilities
Support corporate governance activities such as preparing/filing corporate documentation like consents and powers of attorney, helping with entity management, including managing a database of records and corporate information for international and domestic Fluke subsidiaries and affiliates.
Provide litigation and pre-litigation management, including managing litigation holds and preservation of data, working with attorneys on overall organization and management of claims and lawsuits, and assisting with responses to discovery requests and providing responsive information and docs.
Support legal operations through rigorous application of FBS and Lean methodology in:
Driving continuous legal process and standard work improvement and sustainment
Managing/supporting legal and compliance readiness projects as assigned
M&A activities such as post-closing integration
Contributing to legal training needs and initiatives
Performing general and legal research and reporting
Serve as a legal point of contact for data privacy issues and assist with data privacy analysis and records.
Support sales, vendor, and other business contracts in all phases of the contract management lifecycle, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Other paralegal duties as assigned.
Qualifications
8+ years of legal experience in the above identified areas
Experience working independently and cross-functionally
Prioritization skills and experience providing advice in a fast-paced environment
