Raindrop, San Diego, CA, United States
FULL TIME | HYBRID | SAN DIEGO, CA | 90 DAY CONTRACT
REPORTS TO ACD, DESIGN
We’re Raindrop, a creative agency built for brands that want to stand out and create marketing that people love. We’re scrappy, sharp, and slightly obsessive (peep our prop closet). From breakout DTC legends like Dr. Squatch to household names like Native, we help brands grow, scale, and create IMPACT. Our team punches above its weight because we hire people who care. About the craft, about our clients, about each other, and about making things we’re proud of.
The Sr. Designer supports and leads the visual tone of projects, strategically bringing concepts to life. You will be responsible to design and/or oversee bigger projects, working closely with design leadership to steward visual direction, including print, digital ads, branding, packaging, and more. Every day is different, whether you’re helping build out the brand look and feel for a new client, collaborating with fellow creatives on a campaign, or supporting the account team as a point-person for your assigned clients.
You’ll provide innovation and explore new design techniques within the agency. You’ll problem-solve on the fly for complex client needs to get them to their goals, right the ship when it goes astray, and provide constructive feedback for our designers to help them continually grow.
