Support processing of 1099 and 1042 forms
Provide support to Vendor Master for owner profiles
Analyze information and resolve issues raised by owners in relation to rental payments
Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information.
Manage the issuance of owners’ checks and address related queries, ensuring timely and accurate payments for owners not processed by AvidPay.
Manage AvidPay stale checks and issues.
Develop and implement procedures by analyzing current processes and recommending changes.
Address escalated emails from the contact center Director and SVP and resolving issues efficiently.
Answer questions by researching and interpreting data.
Provides support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information
Tracking TINs for the rental checks to eliminate payments without valid TINs
