The Job We are currently recruiting an entry-level Freight Broker to support logistics operations by coordinating freight movement and maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers. This role blends communication, technology, and problem-solving and is a great fit for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while learning how goods move across the country. No prior logistics experience is required, as training is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate the movement of freight between shippers and carriers
Communicate with customers and carriers to confirm shipment details and timelines
Monitor shipments and proactively address delays or issues
Enter, update, and maintain shipment information in internal systems
Assist with pricing, documentation, and load setup
Support relationship-building with customers and carrier partners
Troubleshoot shipment issues and work with internal teams to find solutions
Learn and utilize transportation management and logistics technology tools
Our Ideal Candidate Has
Office software acumen:
comfortable with a wide variety of software including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databases

Comfortability with tech troubleshooting is a bonus!
Complex problem solving:
identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Creativity:
develop, design, or create new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions
Communication:
express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
Organizing and planning:
develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner
