We are looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the operational execution of our global demand generation programs.

This role sits at the center of the Demand Gen function, translating marketing strategy and quarterly priorities into structured, measurable campaigns that drive pipeline growth. You will oversee campaign execution, email programs, marketing technology, and data integrity — ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, tracked accurately, and optimized for performance.

You will also project manage key cross-functional “big rock” initiatives, acting as the operational lead behind major launches and revenue‑driving programs.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Coordination

Lead operational execution across all demand generation programs, ensuring campaigns are built, launched, tracked, and reported with precision and consistency

Translate GTM strategy and quarterly priorities into executable, multi‑channel campaigns with clear timelines, ownership, and defined pipeline targets

Maintain campaign calendars, workflows, and cross‑functional coordination

Establish and enforce QA processes, documentation, and execution standards

Campaign Infrastructure & Systems

Own campaign architecture including UTMs, tracking logic, and system integrity

Build and deploy campaign assets within marketing systems (emails, landing pages, segmentation, audience lists, dashboards)

Partner closely with RevOps on attribution and data alignment while retaining ownership of marketing execution

Performance & Pipeline Accountability

Manage campaign KPIs, pipeline contribution, and channel‑level optimization plans

Drive reporting consistency and performance visibility across the Demand Gen team

Identify operational gaps and implement scalable improvements

Budget & Resource Management

Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, vendor management, and spend tracking

Ensure efficient allocation of spend aligned to pipeline and revenue targets

Track performance against investment to support ROI accountability and quarterly planning

Technology & GTM Enablement

Leverage automation, intent, and modern GTM tools to improve targeting and segmentation

Continuously optimize systems and processes to support scalable growth

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations within a SaaS environment

Demonstrated experience executing and coordinating multi‑channel campaigns across paid media, events, webinars, ABM, and email marketing

Strong operational discipline with the ability to independently manage campaign build, tracking architecture, budgets, and performance reporting

Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and attribution/reporting tools

Experience building and optimizing email nurture and lifecycle programs

A data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, manage pipeline KPIs, and translate insights into action

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced environment

Experience with modern GTM and signal‑based targeting tools (e.g., Clay, HockeyStack, enrichment platforms) preferred

Strong presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides capabilities for executive‑ready reporting

The salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
