In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather necessary information, assist with scheduling and reservation coordination, and provide timely updates throughout the process. You will review important details, maintain organized records, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date within internal systems. Your ability to stay attentive to details and follow through on requests will help create a seamless and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates

Assist with coordinating reservations, scheduling requests, and confirmations
