Boot Barn - - Responsibilities: Foster a service and selling culture; exceed sales goals and build long-standing customer relationships; Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer; Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales set up, and store housekeeping; Process merchandise and monitor replenishment of floor stock; accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain cash at POS registers; Partner with the store leadership team to develop skills and improve metrics; complete opening and closing procedures
