Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced
Salesforce Technical Architect
with deep expertise in
Salesforce Health Cloud
and
Agentforce / Agent Workspace . The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Voice, Live Agent, and Einstein AI features.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
architecture and implementation
of Salesforce Agentforce solutions including
Service Cloud ,
Omni-Channel ,
Voice ,
Live Agent , and
Einstein AI . Design and deliver
Health Cloud
solutions tailored to complex healthcare and service environments. Define and implement
Case Lifecycle Management , productivity tools (Macros, Quick Text), and automation workflows. Develop high-quality, scalable solutions using
Apex ,
Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and
Salesforce APIs . Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure robust
data security ,
sharing rules , and
compliance . Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Drive innovation through
Einstein Bots ,
Voice , and
AI-enabled features
to enhance customer and agent experiences. Required Qualifications & Skills:
15+ years
of overall Salesforce experience with
8+ years
in a
Technical Architect
or
Solution Architect
role. Deep hands-on experience in
Salesforce Health Cloud
and
Agentforce / Agent Workspace . Proven expertise in
Service Cloud ,
Omni-Channel routing ,
Voice ,
Live Chat , and
Einstein Bots . Strong understanding of
Salesforce data model ,
security , and
sharing architecture . Proficiency in
Apex ,
LWC ,
Salesforce APIs , and
integration patterns . Experience with
Case Management ,
Macros ,
Quick Text , and
agent productivity tools . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce certifications such as
Application Architect ,
System Architect , or
Technical Architect (CTA)
preferred. Preferred Skills:
Experience in
healthcare or life sciences
industry environments. Knowledge of
DevOps ,
CI/CD , and
Salesforce deployment automation tools . Familiarity with
Einstein AI ,
Analytics , and
data-driven personalization .
