Position's Contributions to Work Group

:

Lightning Developer on the Salesforce CRM Deployment team within the Application Division in IT. This role will be responsible for developing secure solutions within our Salesforce org. Position is for a 12-month assignment with possibility of extension. Will be an integrated member of team, working on approximately 40% Application Support and 60% Feature Project Development. n experienced Salesforce coding skillset expected to span across Salesforce Sales & Service clouds within Lightning environment. Salesforce secure practices a current focus within the team. n ability to show security knowledge within Salesforce configuration and Apex coding will be given priority

Typical task breakdown: - Develop, integrate and/or support in-house and purchased application solutions to solve business problems. - Work with minimal supervision in developing solutions to customer related requests and/or system problems. - *Core hours are 9-3 central time zone. There will be required on-call hours on rotation with team.

Interaction with team: • Daily stand ups with team. Once a month staff meeting with WD. • Working sessions in Nashville.

Team Structure - On a team with 10 people in an environment with across multiple teams within the organization.

Interview Process • 2 rounds; first round screening call with Work Director. Second round 1 hour interview with panel (in-person desired). Disqualifiers/Red Flags: If link for certifications is missing.
