Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Developer
with strong expertise in
Community Cloud (Experience Cloud)
development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to enhance customer engagement and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce applications using
Lightning Web Components (LWC) ,
Apex ,
Visualforce , and
Community Cloud . Configure and customize
Experience Cloud (Communities)
to support business processes and external user engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, admins, and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs ,
MuleSoft , or other middleware. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security compliance. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and optimize performance. Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of overall experience in Salesforce development and configuration. 3+ years of
hands-on experience in Salesforce Community Cloud (Experience Cloud) . Proficiency in
Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL . Experience with
Salesforce integrations ,
Flows , and
Process Builder . Strong understanding of
Salesforce security model ,
profiles ,
roles , and
permission sets . Salesforce Developer Certification ( Platform Developer I/II ) preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Nice to Have:
Experience with
Salesforce Service Cloud
or
Sales Cloud . Exposure to
DevOps tools
such as
Copado ,
Gearset , or
Bitbucket . Knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies .
