Salesforce Architect

There was more Salesforce Architecture verbiage, but it said to ignore the main part of the JD and focus on the following. Do you think that your team can find some potential candidates that meet the following criteria? I can share that we have a max billing rate of $155/hr, but the current lowest bid billing rate is $98/hr, but am not sure how qualified that competitor's candidate is at that rate...I am still waiting on the subcontract agreements from Holly but am sure I will receive those soon. Please have your team start looking. Thanks!
