Salesforce Developer MidLevel Latin America

Overview We are seeking an onshore, mid-level Salesforce Developer to support projects. This role focuses on hands-on Salesforce development, working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools Customize objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and Lightning pages Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and defects Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with client teams Support deployments and post-release activities Requirements 5-10 years of Salesforce development experience Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and automation Experience working directly with business users or client stakeholders Must be located in the United States and able to work US business hours Nice to Have Salesforce Platform Developer I certification Experience in a consulting or staff augmentation environment Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Git) Engagement Type Contract
