position will work on preparing preliminary and closing documentation for consumer real estate loans across the First State Community Bank footprint.
Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values
Professionalism Frequently communicate with market personnel to assist with questions regarding policy, procedure, regulations and computer program assistance Develop and maintain a good working relationship between market personnel and support staff Accountability
Utilize necessary programs to process and prepare loan files for the closing documentation; i.e. Encompass, LaserPro Get to know the Company's vision, mission and values and strive to implement those in all that you do Initiative
Monitor pipelines to prepare for upcoming deadlines Adaptability
Work with team members on complicated requests to find best solution for the customer and the bank What You Can Expect
