Position : Cloud Technical Consultant
Location : Raritan, NJ
Key Responsibilities Assessment & Strategy: Analyze current IT infrastructure, identify needs, and recommend suitable cloud platforms (public, private, hybrid) and migration strategies. Design & Implementation: Architect and deploy scalable, secure cloud solutions, including infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and services like containerization (Docker). Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, access controls, encryption, and ensure adherence to industry regulations. Optimization & Operations: Monitor performance, manage costs, automate processes (CI/CD pipelines), and maintain cloud environments. Support & Training: Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing technical support, and educate client teams on cloud management. Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement robust backup and disaster recovery plans. Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking (DNS, HTTPS), containerization (Docker), DevOps tools, scripting (SQL, Unix/Linux). Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Experience: Often involves prior experience in IT, software development, or related technical roles, with certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.) being a plus
