Key pointers to look for as per below.
Prior experience with Payment life cycle functions - initiation, validation, routing, settlement etc Payment rails - ACH, Wires, FedNow, Real Time Payments. Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement and channels. knowledge on payment life-cycle (Client Clearing) for High Value, Mass & Bulk payments and Instant Payments.
Skill set / experience needed • Familiar with US payment schemes • bility to visualise UX solution • Work with Product Dev and QA team • bility to Perform UAT • Documentation using JIRA and Confluence • Well versed with Agile concepts • Provide demo and walkthroughs • Flexible with working hours • Good communication skills • Minimum 4 years experience in payments • BA certifications are good to have • Banking domain idea will help • Client interactions and stakeholder management will be an added advantage
