Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within the telecom company. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative selling and solution development. Collaborate with TCS delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends and proactively propose relevant digital transformation initiatives. Develop account plans, set strategic objectives, and manage forecasting and reporting. Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements. Represent TCS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 15+ years of experience in client management or business development, preferably within the telecom sector. Proven track record in managing large enterprise accounts and delivering complex IT solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of telecom technologies such as 5G, IoT, cloud, and network transformation.

Salary Range: 131,800-178,300 a year
