eCommerce Marketing Assistant
Retail Reinvented, West Hollywood, CA, United States
The Opportunity
As our eCommerce Marketing Assistant, you'll be embedded in the day-to-day execution of digital marketing across email, social media, and paid campaigns for a portfolio of specialty eCommerce brands. You'll work alongside experienced strategists and be expected to own your deliverables — from concept to production to publish.
You'll also be on the frontier of how we work: using AI tools to accelerate content creation, design iteration, and campaign execution. We're not looking for someone who is afraid of new technology — we want someone who gets excited by it.
This is an entry-level role, but it comes with real responsibility from day one. Growth here is earned, and it comes fast for the right person.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the marketing team, partners, and clients to develop a marketing strategy
Research and identify current marketing trends and ways to improve current processes
Create marketing materials such as case studies and presentations
Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, such as scheduling posts or distributing materials
Format and edit documents as needed
Maintain an up-to-date database of relevant contacts
Comfortable and experienced using AI tools to create content, including images, video and website content.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including taking notes, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements, among other tasks
Serve as a liaison between marketing, other departments, and clients
Requirements
1 years experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role
BA/BS in marketing, business, or related field
Familar with social media playtforms as a content creator or marketer, not just a consumer
Self-directed work style; you manage your own time, meet deadlines and ask for help when you actually need it.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail
Must be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
Proficiency in at least one design toool (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar)
Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing best practices
