* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling * Strong team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Great attitude and an easy smile * Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required * High school diploma or equivalent preferred
