Satterfield & Pontikes is looking to add a Digital Solutions Developer! In this role you will support digital transformation initiatives, to help implement automation, streamline business processes, and support system integrations. Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, develop automation tools, implement APIs and maintain system connections and process apps. The Digital Solutions Developer documents digital change initiative, conducts end user training, and helps foster a culture of continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Assist in identifying manual tasks suitable for automation and support the implementation of automation or low-code platforms.
• Develop and test APIs and system integrations to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability.
• Develop and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate flows to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Maintain documentation for automation processes, integrations, and procedural changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Stay current with platform updates and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and training sessions to promote adoption of new tools and processes.
• Support the Digital Solutions Manager in coordinating team activities and driving innovation initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, and HTML
• Experienced in developing and integrating RESTful Web APIs
• Skilled in using Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for solution development
• Familiar with Power Platform CLI and developer tools for advanced customization
• RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS
o Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate Confirms ability to configure and implement Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.
o Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate Focuses on building and managing automated workflows using Power Automate, including desktop flows and cloud automation.
