Any certification on Digital Adoption tools like WalkMe, Whatfix or similar No of years of experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Adoption Expert Primary Skills (Must have)
Good exposure to Digital Adoption in an organization Experience in building training content on WalkMe & WhatFix meeting business needs Scripting experience for customized training on WalkMe & WhatFix Guide the end users to help them build their own training content Support business functions on identification of the problem and provide solutions pertaining to Digital Adoption tools like WalkMe/WhatFix Ability to work in team and drive adoption Ability to understand Digital transformation state of the organization and help build the roadmap Job/Role Description
Excellent Communication skills to handle different business functions at customer Ability to work as SME with expertise in tools and technique Ability to understand end user goal and provide efficient solution Soft skills/other skills (If any)
