Responsibilities: • Call past clients to explain program benefits • Answer questions and guide clients through enrollment • Maintain accurate records of client interactions • Deliver excellent customer service with every call Qualifications: • Bilingual (English/Spanish required) • Sales experience preferred, but not required • Strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting goals • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM • This is an

Compensation: $15 hourly plus bonuses
