We are seeking a talented and experienced
Anaplan Model Builder/Developer
to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement Anaplan solutions to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Design and develop Anaplan models, applications, and dashboards. Build new models and enhance existing models to ensure integrated and optimized solutions. Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models while continuously improving automation, data integration, and the user experience. Test and debug Anaplan applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users. Stay up to date with new Anaplan features and proactively propose enhancements. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Data teams, to ensure seamless system integration. Document technical specifications, configurations, and development processes. Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Anaplan experience, including at least 3 end-to-end implementations for incentive compensation and revenue models. Strong knowledge of financial and enterprise performance management processes (ICM, performance reporting/analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting). Demonstrated ability to create integrated, end-to-end solutions. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and optimize processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Must-Have Skills 5+ years of Anaplan model building experience. Expertise in incentive compensation and revenue modeling.
