How you'll make an impact in this role

Architect end-to-end Data Cloud ecosystems by designing complex data ingestion streams, Harmonization patterns, and Data Model Objects (DMOs) to facilitate unified identity resolution across disparate clinical and marketing data silos.

Engineer high-performance activation pipelines between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, utilizing Journey Builder, API-driven triggers, and server-side JavaScript (SSJS) to enable real-time, omni-channel personalization at enterprise scale.

Lead technical governance and schema design by enforcing rigorous data modeling standards, Calculated Insights, and consent management frameworks that ensure HIPAA, SOC2, and GDPR compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.

Design and vet multi-tier integration architectures leveraging ETL/ELT middleware, event-based messaging, and REST/Bulk APIs to synchronize high-volume datasets between Salesforce and external enterprise data warehouses.

Direct the evolution of the Salesforce stack by developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging Data Cloud features and optimizing existing system performance through advanced bottleneck analysis and architectural refactoring.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Advanced Salesforce Credentials: Active certifications in Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Consultant, with a demonstrated history of implementing complex Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases.

Healthcare Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of clinical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and experience navigating the security complexities of protected health information (PHI) within cloud environments.

Data Engineering Fluency: Practical experience with SQL for complex data transformation, along with a strong grasp of identity resolution logic and probabilistic vs. deterministic matching algorithms.
