We are looking to bring on a Senior Salesforce Administrator to our growing team. What we will need is someone who has 5+ years of full lifecycle Salesforce initiatives from greenfield development planning to enterprise administration. This person will be designing, building and troubleshooting declarative Flows along with using APEX to code. We will also need someone who can transition us away from HubSpot to a solely Salesforce environment. This will require experience in enterprise integrations using APEX coding, automation tools, and setting governance around the environment. Additionally we need someone who can work with other BUs/stakeholders to strategize new projects, ensure data quality, and develop/present reports to leadership on business KPIs. Training non-technical staff in using Salesforce would be a plus.
Personality-wise we need someone who can can own our Salesforce product, work well with other stakeholders, and help establish a new standard on Salesforce integrations at an enterprise-wide level.
