Job Title: Product Owner III
Project Duration: 12 months Contract (Possibility to extend and hire)
Project Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (4+ days per week onsite & 1 day remote)
Pay Range: $75 - $85/Hr on W2
Description: Looking for a Product Owner with strong experience delivering Agile products in federally governed environments, skilled at translating mission requirements, security controls, and compliance obligations into a prioritized, execution-ready backlog, and capable of driving value delivery while operating within formal governance, audit, and regulatory constraints. Client is seeking a Technical Product Owner with strong Agile experience in federally governed environments. The candidate must be able to translate mission requirements, security controls, and compliance obligations into a well-prioritized and execution-ready backlog, while working within strict governance, audit, and regulatory frameworks.
Must Haves:
Experience working in a Federal Government environment Strong understanding of Compliance and Security requirements Experience working in an Agile environment Hands-on experience writing:
User Stories Acceptance Criteria
Minimum 5-7 years of experience No certifications required (Agile knowledge required, but certification not mandatory) Jira Confluence Standard Microsoft Office tools
