Postgres with RDS Aurora Database admin Infosys responsibilities with respect to Incident Management and Problem Management include the following 1.Adhere to all documented Incident Management, Problem Management and change management processes as agreed with Compass. 2.Devise shortterm workarounds to contain the impact from Incidents or Problems. 3.Work with Compass SMEs as necessary, to resolve Incidents and Problems. Coordinating with COMPASS stakeholders about the Incidents
