Location: New York City, NY (2 days on site)

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Skills Desired:
§ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
§ 10+ years of Salesforce in design and development. Leading and mentoring the team
§ Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications
§ Provides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to client's ecosystems
§ Develop creative solutions that solve our client's business and technical problems
§ Leads and facilitates project delivery to define business, functional, and technical requirements
§ Provide Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and various integrations, introduce new technologies when necessary.
§ Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions including custom platform development (APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) and external data integration (middleware tools, Salesforce APIs), Advanced Customization.
§ Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Flows, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts.
§ Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning LWC, Apex, and performance optimization.
