The Regional Proposal Specialist reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and is responsible for managing, developing, and delivering high-quality proposals for security services opportunities across an assigned region. This role partners closely with Executive Leadership, Business Development Managers, Operations leadership, Pricing Analysts, Risk Management, and Sales Enablement to ensure every proposal is accurate, compelling, and delivered on time. Fully Onsite: Nashville, TN Salary & Benefits: Base salary is $70,000 - $80,000 with a discretionary year-end bonus. Paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k).
