About The Position We are looking for a

B2B Marketing Specialist

to help us grow and support our community of healthcare providers by managing lead generation, content strategy, and marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate is experienced in

event marketing, content marketing, and digital campaign management .

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing

Hands‑on experience with event and email marketing using tools like Lemlist and HubSpot

Proficient in managing website CMS platforms and creating landing pages

Highly independent, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with a solution‑oriented, forward‑moving approach

Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced startup environment with limited resources and high ownership

Responsibilities

Plan and execute B2B marketing initiatives, including webinars, live events, and lead generation campaigns targeting healthcare providers

Own end‑to‑end campaign management: strategy, execution, performance tracking, and iteration

Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and email marketing to attract and convert healthcare providers

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, CPL, engagement) with clear takeaways and action plans

Manage marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, CMS) and ensure data hygiene and attribution accuracy

Details The role is a remote position, with a 40‑hour workweek, flexible working hours and occasional overlap with the US team.
