Job Summary The Manager, Regional Marketing is responsible for providing leadership and top-line performance by implementing local marketing initiatives across markets of responsibility. The role is responsible for using marketing analysis and insights to understand business performance and develop local market plans to grow the business.

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

Manage local agencies in the development and implementation of coop wide and store-level marketing initiatives including media, customer relationship management, offer management, creative, and local store marketing. Ensure brand standards are maintained

Serve as marketing partner and resource for franchisees and other key stakeholders

Assist local agencies in annual and quarterly planning for assigned markets; provide calendar, budget, and national media updates to adequately develop recommendations

Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, and market insights to present to co-ops and franchisees and assist in providing solutions to optimize results

Monitor competitive activity in assigned markets and identify opportunities to share with regional leadership and local agencies

Support new store openings and on-site market activations

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting/Finance, and all Marketing functions

Serve as subject matter expert in markets of responsibility by socializing market initiatives, performance, and best practices to senior marketing leaders
