Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist - Oklahoma City
Do you love untangling complex claims and getting money back where it belongs? Are high-value cases and total loss scenarios your comfort zone? LHH is looking for a Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist to join an in-house subrogation team and take the lead on some of our most complex and high-impact claims. In simple terms: You'll investigate and work with insurers and third parties, and make sure there is recovery of every dollar possiblewhile playing by the rules. What You'll Be Doing
Manage complex subrogation claims, including high-value and total loss cases Investigate accidents, liability, and damages to determine recovery opportunities Negotiate recoveries directly with insurance carriers and third parties Resolve disputes through negotiation, Arbitration Forums, or other resolution methods Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Maintain accurate documentation using claims management systems and industry tools Drive recovery performance while balancing strategy, accuracy, and customer impact What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience handling subrogation claims, preferably in an in-house or high-volume environment Confidence managing high-dollar, complex cases Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance requirements Related Titles You May Know This As
