Responsibilities
Design and deliver User Experience (UX) solutions that measurably improve the core workflows of target users by designing mental models, end-to-end journeys, and User Interfaces (UI) for software products.
Balance product vision, goals, and research and insights to provide long and short term UX direction to the product by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including User researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and other UX Designers.
Work with user research to validate solutions iteratively and address the feedback.
Facilitate and own successful end-to-end delivery from concept to deployment.
Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design intent.
Define visual design systems for developers.
Present team and design work to peers and external partners.
Mentor junior and intern-level UX Designers in using a mature, modern, and user-centric design process.
Identify areas of improvement within the product design team such as process and practice.
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Fine Arts, Digital Arts, Interactive Arts, Graphic Design, Product Design, Computer Art, Information Technology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights;
Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs;
Using Figma throughout all stages of product design, including creating user flows, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes;
Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness.
Travel Requirement:
Domestic and international travel required up to 10%.

Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $243,506 - $253,506 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
