Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\n• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect, preferably serving as a technical lead in Salesforce implementations or large-scale projects.\n• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities such as Flows, Account Engagement, Salesforce Maps, Salesforce CPQ, Lightning Platform, etc.\n• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, and security considerations.\n• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Process Builder and Flow.\n• Solid understanding of development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) and experience in providing technical leadership in an Agile development environment.\n• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions.\n• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.\n• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are highly preferred.\n• Master Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Summary – We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer/Tech Lead with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce development, customization, and integrations, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions. This role requires expertise in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce best practices, along with team leadership and project execution capabilities.

Years of experience needed – 7+ y ears of Salesforce experience.

Technical Skills:

· 7+ years of hands-on development experience.

· Experience in Marketing Cloud

· Experience in Industries CPQ (Salesforce Industries) – Communications, Media and Energy & Utilities (CME)

· Experience with Vlocity, OmniStudios and other Salesforce products such as Sales & Services Cloud

· Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.

· Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.

· Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

· Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, etc.).

· Understanding of the application of the Salesforce platform to the Legal Industry.

Responsibilities:

1 . Technical Leadership & Solution Design

§ Lead Salesforce technical implementations, ensuring best practices and high performance

§ Design and develop scalable and secure Salesforce solutions

§ Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and data modeling.

§ Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

§ Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and release management guidelines.

2. Development & Customization

§ Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.

§ Optimize SOQL queries, data models, and platform performance.

§ Conduct code reviews, enforce CI/CD pipelines, and deploy changes using Salesforce DevOps tools.

§ Write high-quality code with test coverage that accounts for both positive and negative test cases.

§ Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.

§ Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.

§ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing technical input and ensuring timely delivery.

§ Collaborate with the rest of the team in meetings, contributing ideas to help better the codebase, processes, and overall product

Nice to Have:

· Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Application Architect

· Experience in Agile/SCRUM and TDD development methodologies.

· Legal domain experience.

· Experience developing managed packages on the Salesforce Platform as part of the ISV Partner Program.

· Telecom industry experience
