In this role, you will be responsible for processing dealer applications across multiple national providers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and delivering timely communication and accurate reporting. You'll work alongside professionals across departmentssales, logistics, and supportto maintain the high standards our partners rely on and help fuel continued success across our network. This is an in-office position that will report to our office in Urbandale, IA. Responsibilities: Process new dealer applications for partners such as DIRECTV, Frontier, and AT&T Verify and validate Certificates of Insurance for dealer compliance Maintain clear and timely communication regarding onboarding status with dealers and internal teams Generate and manage accurate program-related reports and documentation Utilize multiple systems and platforms efficiently and simultaneously Ensure professional representation of DSI in all communications Collaborate effectively within a team while also managing individual tasks independently
