How You'll Make An Impact Client Support: Maintain accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries while delivering exceptional customer care. Account Management: Maintain files with proper records according to company procedures. Follow company procedures to achieve positive audit results. Ensure accuracy of account information for new and renewal policies in accordance with client requests, processing change requests and endorsement checking, addressing proper exposures for policy rating, completing coverage reviews and gap analysis, and accurately transacting agency bill policies. Insurance Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; review quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier. Attend training and seek self-directed learning to continue education in industry and technical knowledge. About You Required: Bachelor's degree; no experience required or High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty license within 90 days of employment. Preferred: 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred. Behaviors: Good verbal and written communication skills. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
